Required Files in Submission

• anonymous manuscript

• title page

• supplementary files (optional)

• Metadata (title, abstract, keywords, authors, affiliations).

Pre-Submission Checklist

Before submitting, ensure that:

• the manuscript is anonymous (no author names, affiliations, self-identifying notes),

• the abstract and references follow APA 7,

• tables/figures are clearly labeled and referenced,

• data availability is stated (repository/DOI or justified restrictions).

IJEER is open access and does not charge submission or publication fees.

You will be informed in each of the following phases:

• editorial screening

• double-blind review

• decision and revisions (if required)
