  4. Integrity: strong ethics, responsible authorship, and fair review

Open Access and Publication Schedule

IJEER is published twice a year (June and December). The journal is fully open access and free of charge for both authors and readers. All manuscripts undergo double-blind peer review.

Language Policy

Submissions are accepted primarily in English. Special issues may include full texts in other languages when accompanied by an extended English abstract, subject to editorial approval.

Call for Papers

IJEER invites submissions that address educational excellence and improvement at any level (early childhood, K–12, higher education, vocational, adult learning) and in any setting (formal, non-formal, online, hybrid). We particularly welcome research that amplifies insights from underrepresented regions and contexts.
