International Journal of Educational Excellence and Research (IJEER) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal dedicated to strengthening high-quality scholarship on educational excellence and evidence-informed educational improvement. IJEER publishes innovative empirical studies, rigorous reviews, theoretical contributions, and policy/practice analyses that respond to contemporary challenges in teaching, learning, leadership, assessment, and educational systems.

The journal values interdisciplinary dialogue and actively encourages contributions that broaden global perspectives—especially research emerging from underrepresented regions and contexts—to enrich debates on quality, equity, and impact in education.

IJEER is published twice a year (June and December). The journal is fully open access and does not charge authors or readers. All manuscripts are evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer-review process designed to ensure scholarly quality, impartiality, and adherence to publication ethics. Submissions are accepted primarily in English; however, special issues may include full texts in other languages provided that an extended English abstract accompanies the manuscript.
